EXPLORE _ DANCE _ EXCHANGE

This workshop was an invitation to explore our anatomy, with somatic education as a guide.
An exploration of our own movements, perceptions, sensations to free our expression and emotions.
With all this body material we created group and solo dance improvisations structured by space, time and relation.
We also transposed this process in the seawater : playing with this element and its differents qualities.
For me this workshop was a way to offer to all participants a personal experience of kinesthetic awareness and a special time to exchange with others.
